Kountry Global is committed to a premium, transparent, and fair customer experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping issues, damaged items, and order reviews are handled for purchases made through https://kountryglobal.com.

By placing an order with Kountry Global, you agree to this policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

- Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Returned in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Approved by Kountry Global before being shipped back

To start a return, contact returns@kountryglobal.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Returns sent back without prior approval may be rejected, delayed, returned to sender, or deemed ineligible for refund.

Return Shipping

Kountry Global provides free return shipping for approved returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions or a return label.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided. Failure to use the approved return method may delay processing or affect refund eligibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For payment security and fraud-prevention reasons, refunds cannot be redirected to a different account, payment method, or third party.

Refunds may include:

- The purchase price paid
- Applicable taxes
- Approved refundable shipping charges

Kountry Global does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Inspection & Refund Eligibility

All returned items are inspected after receipt. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee refund approval.

Kountry Global may issue a full refund, partial refund, reduced refund, or refund denial if an item is returned:

- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Missing tags, packaging, inserts, or accessories
- In a condition inconsistent with the approved return request
- With signs of intentional damage, substitution, manipulation, or abuse

Where permitted by law, items involved in suspected fraud or abuse may be retained as evidence for review, dispute response, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed and are processed as a return plus a new order.

The original item must meet the return eligibility requirements, be approved for return, and pass inspection. Replacement items are subject to availability, pricing, taxes, shipping timelines, and any promotional limitations.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete, contact returns@kountryglobal.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Photos showing the issue clearly
- Any other relevant delivery or product details

After review, Kountry Global may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the issue, product availability, shipment details, and review outcome.

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, packaging, fit, sizing, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, and ecommerce fulfillment. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Shipping, Delivery & Confirmed Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Confirmation may include tracking scans, delivery records, signature confirmation, geolocation confirmation, or equivalent carrier evidence.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including apartment, suite, building, access, and delivery details.

Kountry Global is not responsible for non-delivery or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages After Delivery

For packages marked delivered by the carrier, claims involving loss, theft, porch theft, or non-receipt after confirmed delivery must be submitted to the carrier.

Kountry Global may assist with carrier documentation where appropriate, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused by the customer, returned due to inaccurate shipping information, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may experience delayed refund processing.

Where permitted by law, Kountry Global may deduct actual unrecoverable carrier costs caused by refused delivery, invalid address information, or customer-caused delivery failure. Any deduction will be limited to actual unrecoverable costs incurred by Kountry Global.

Order Review & Fraud Prevention

Kountry Global may review orders for fraud prevention, payment security, fulfillment accuracy, and customer protection.

Orders may be delayed, canceled, refunded, or declined before fulfillment if they present elevated risk indicators, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, mismatched information, payment verification failure, or compliance concerns.

For select orders, Kountry Global may require additional verification, signature confirmation, enhanced shipment protection, or manual review before fulfillment.

Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact support@kountryglobal.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.

If a payment dispute is opened, Kountry Global may provide order records, checkout records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, refund records, fraud review information, and other relevant documentation to the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or dispute platform.

Abusive, fraudulent, or misleading dispute activity may result in loss of return privileges, account limitations, or refusal of future service where permitted by law.

Canceled Orders

Kountry Global may cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, fulfillment restrictions, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, elevated risk indicators, or operational constraints.

If Kountry Global cancels an order before fulfillment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Policy Updates

Kountry Global may update this policy from time to time to maintain operational accuracy, legal compliance, payment processor compliance, fraud-prevention standards, and customer experience quality.
