Kountry Global is committed to a premium, transparent, and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipping, and how shipping issues are handled for purchases made through https://kountryglobal.com.

By placing an order with Kountry Global, you agree to this policy, along with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment authorization and any required verification.

Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, high-order-volume periods, inventory synchronization events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because some products are made or fulfilled on demand, processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Changes to an order or shipping address are not guaranteed after submission. Contact support@kountryglobal.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Kountry Global and its fulfillment providers may use carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services, or regional delivery providers.

The carrier and service selected for an order may vary based on the destination, product, package size, service availability, and operational requirements.

Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities or shipped in separate packages. Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete.

United States

- Standard Shipping: approximately 3 to 10 business days

International Orders

- Standard International Shipping: approximately 7 to 30 business days

Your total estimated delivery timeframe consists of order processing time plus carrier transit time. Actual delivery times may vary because of customs processing, carrier performance, severe weather, local delivery conditions, government actions, regional disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. If Kountry Global cannot ship within a timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors that may include the destination, package weight, product dimensions, carrier rates, service level, and applicable surcharges.

Kountry Global offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

Eligibility may depend on the products, destination, shipping method, and promotional terms displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping, if available, is not included unless expressly stated.

For orders below the qualifying threshold, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Kountry Global may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional shipping offers and may exclude certain products, destinations, or campaigns where permitted by law. Changes will not affect an order already accepted under a displayed shipping offer.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and ensure that delivery locations are secure and accessible.

Tracking events are generated by shipping carriers and may be delayed or incomplete. A package may be in transit before the first carrier scan appears.

If an order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Kountry Global does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs authorities may delay, inspect, reject, or assess charges on a shipment. Kountry Global is not responsible for customs or regulatory delays outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for determining whether products may lawfully be imported into their destination and for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance.

Shipping Information and Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, postal code, telephone number, and any building access or delivery details.

Contact support@kountryglobal.com immediately if shipping information needs to be corrected. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Kountry Global is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Where permitted by law, actual unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier costs resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be deducted from a refund.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery evidence may include tracking scans, delivery records, signature confirmation, photographic confirmation, geolocation information, or other carrier records.

Customers should check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and carrier notices if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Carrier delivery confirmation is evidence of delivery but does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Carrier delays may occur after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears lost, please:

1. Verify the shipping address and tracking information.
2. Allow time for delayed carrier scans or customs processing.
3. Contact the carrier if the carrier accepts recipient inquiries.
4. Contact support@kountryglobal.com for assistance.

Kountry Global may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim when appropriate. Carrier investigations may require customer cooperation, identity or address verification, or additional documentation.

Nothing in this section limits Kountry Global's obligations for goods lost before delivery where applicable law places responsibility on the seller.

Packages Marked Delivered but Missing

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and support@kountryglobal.com promptly.

Kountry Global may review carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, shipment records, customer-provided information, and other relevant evidence. Packages reported as stolen or missing after confirmed delivery may not qualify for automatic replacement or refund, except where otherwise required by law.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be asked to cooperate with a carrier investigation or provide additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete, contact returns@kountryglobal.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Include the order number, photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label, and photographs clearly showing the issue. Available resolutions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned because import charges were not paid, returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, or returned because customer-provided shipping information was inaccurate or incomplete, refund processing may be delayed.

Where permitted by law, Kountry Global may deduct actual unrecoverable outbound shipping, return shipping, handling, customs, or carrier fees caused by the refusal or delivery failure. Any deduction will be limited to actual unrecoverable costs incurred by Kountry Global.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable in specific countries, states, territories, or regions because of carrier limitations, legal restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, or product-specific regulations.

Kountry Global may decline or cancel an order that cannot legally or operationally be fulfilled. If Kountry Global cancels an order before fulfillment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Circumstances Outside Our Control

Kountry Global is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, government actions, customs delays, public health emergencies, cybersecurity incidents, or carrier service disruptions, except where otherwise required by law.

Policy Updates

Kountry Global may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in shipping services, fulfillment operations, legal requirements, or customer experience standards. The version published at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
